INGREDIENTS
- 9 cl of MAUS®
- 3 cl of aquafaba (or egg white)
- 2 of syrup
- 4 cl of lime or lemon juice
- Ginger ale
- Licorice ranch
- Ice cubes
- Shaker
- Strainer
ELABORATION
1. Put the ice cubes in the glass so that it cools down
2. In the shaker, add the lemon juice, syrup, MAUS® and aquafaba
3. Add ice cubes until the shaker is full
4. Shake, shake, shake!
5. Discard excess water from the glass while holding the ice cubes
6. Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass, filtering it with a strainer
7. Gradually add the ginger ale
8. Decorate with a licorice Branch
