INGREDIENTS
- 6 cl de MAUS®
- 3 cl of syrup
- 15 cl of oat “milk”
- 3 cl of aquafaba (or egg white)
- Cinnnamon powder or coffee
- Ice cubes
- Shaker
- Strainer
ELABORATION
1. Put ice cubes in the glass to cool
2. In the shaker, add the MAUS®, the syrup, the “milk” of oats and the aquafaba
3. Add ice cubes until the shaker is full
4. Shake, shake, shake!
5. Throw away the ice cubes and excess water from the glass we had cooled
6. Pour the contents of the shaker by filtering it with a strainer
7. Garnish with a little powdered cinnamon
