INGREDIENTS
- 9 cl of MAUS®
- 3 cl of aquabafa (or white egg)
- 6 cl of chamomile infusion
- 3 cl of lime or lemon juice
- Chamomile flowers
- Ice cubes
- Shaker
- Strainer
ELABORATION
1. Put ice cubes in the cup to cool
2. Prepare chamomile infusion
3. In the shaker, add the MAUS®, the aquafaba, the syrup, the lemon juice and the cold chamomile infusion
4. Add ice cubes until the shaker is full
5. Shake, shake, shake!
6. Throw away the excess water we had to cool, but keep the ice cubes
7. Pour the contents of the shaker into the cup by filtering it with a strainer
8. Decorate with some chamomile flowers
